Grease and line a deep Swiss roll tin. Melt butter, sugar and syrup in a large pan on low heat and stir until completely melted. Add oats, flour and cranberries to pan. Mix well. Spread evenly into the prepared tin. Bake 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown. Leave to cool in tin. Melt chocolate then drizzle from a spoon over the top of the flapjack.
